The Aedno Learning Model
At Aedno, the learning approach involves the active participation of students, teachers and
parents. With innovative methods and a dynamic learning environment, Aedno learners are
equipped towards academic excellence for life.

1. INCLUSION OF THE STUDENTS
At Aedno, our students are held responsible
for their own progress. We do not believe that
students are just passive sponges, inactively
absorbing what is taught them. We recognize
the cognitive and emotive aspects of each
student, and encourage students to be more
and more independent in their learning. With
the inclusion of the students in setting their
academic goals, we enable them to become
learners for life.
2. INSPIRATION IN THE TEACHERS
At Aedno, our teachers are
hardworking and
sensitive to the uniqueness of each
student.
Our teachers do not assume that all
the
students are at the same level, even
if they
are in the same grade. They treat every class as a
multi-level class, and take the time to get to know
the students and their strengths and struggles.
Our teachers believe that with the proper training
and discipline, every student can
can achieve success in and outside of school.

3. INVOLVEMENT OF THE PARENTS
At Aedno, the parents are empowered
by their required active
involvement. We do not believe in
the attitude of replacing parental
authority in the students' lives.
Instead, we encourage parents to
resume their once-given mandate of
being the primary authority in their
children's lives. When students have
a clear sense of the leadership in
their parents, they become more
confident in going farther than they
ever thought possible.
4. INNOVATION IN THE METHODOLOGY
At Aedno, we survey the latest developments in
learning theory. We use this research to develop
strategies to help students learn better so we
can cover learning gaps, hone skills and further
strengthen their mind concepts.
5. ENVIRONMENT IS DYNAMIC
At Aedno, the classroom physical arrangement
is structured and orderly, but the classes are
dynamic and free-flowing. Our teachers are
constantly on top of their game, alert and ready
to address questions from the multi- level
students, guiding them in the different subject
areas they are handling. The active environment
simulates a real life much more than the
conventional classrooms.
